透明醤油でつくっただし醤油
透明醤油をベースに、鰹節と昆布の風味を加えた透明のだし醤油。透明醤油と同様にご使用いただけます。味が物足りないな、と感じたときにもだし醤油があれば様々な料理の旨味をしっかりお料理の味にプラスします。【100ml/200ml(密閉ボトル)】
A clear soy sauce based on clear soy sauce with the flavor of bonito flakes and kelp. It can be used in the same way as clear soy sauce. Even when you feel like the flavor is lacking, you can use dashi soy sauce to add the flavor of various dishes to the taste.

透明醤油でつくった柚子舞うぽん酢
透明醤油をベースに柚子ぽん酢をつくりました。九州産の柚子の色合いが美しく、フルーティーな味わいのぽん酢です。ぽん酢としてはもちろん、ドレッシングとしてもお使いいただけます。【100ml】
I made yuzu ponzu sauce based on clear soy sauce. This ponzu sauce has a beautiful color of yuzu from Kyushu and a fruity taste. It can be used not only as ponzu sauce but also as dressing.

透明醤油をベースに白トリュフオイルの芳醇な香りと黒トリュフの粒、オリーブオイルを加えて仕上げました。醤油を洋食用としてご使用いただけるよう醤油の塩味と旨味が味のベースになっています。【100ml】
