<材料4人分>
●乾燥春雨60g
●きゅうり1本
●卵2個
●ハム4枚
●乾燥きくらげ1g
●カンタンべんり酢大さじ5
●ごま油大さじ1・1/2
<作り方>
①春雨を表示通りに戻し、冷水で洗います。きくらげも水でもどしておきます。
②卵は溶いてフライパンで薄く焼き、千切りにして錦糸卵をつくります。
③きゅうり、ハム、きくらげも千切りにします。
④カンタンべんり酢とごま油を混ぜ、全ての材料を合わせたボウルに入れて和えれば完成です。
