When it comes to reducing salt, people tend to feel that the taste is unsatisfactory, such as "the taste is lost or the taste is not good." Saltiness and umami are important factors for seasonings so that you can adjust the taste and enjoy the ingredients deliciously. At Fundodai, we were able to make low-salt soy sauce while making the most of the "fragrance component" of soy sauce by using the vacuum concentration desalination method (patented) in the soy sauce manufacturing process. Unlike the general desalting method and low-salt preparation, we have a lineup of low-salt soy sauce and seasonings that allow you to feel the taste and aroma of sardine oil.

Low-salt soy sauce with a rich soy sauce that cuts 57% of salt (compared to our company). The reduced-salt soy sauce is finished by reducing the amount of salt to 1/2 or less without damaging the aroma of soy sauce as much as possible by the vacuum concentration desalination method (patented technology).
