[How to make]
1. Put chicken thighs (1 piece: about 250g) into a bag (Rakuchintei) and rub well. Heat in a 500W microwave for 8 minutes. 2. Steam in the oven for 5 minutes.
❸ Remove from the bag onto a plate, pour over the desired amount of sauce, and you're done! Serve with side dishes of your choice.

[How to make]
1. Place the fillets (2 pieces) in a bag (Rakuchintei) and heat in a 500W microwave for 2.5 minutes. 2. Steam in the oven for 1 minute.
❸Remove from the bag onto a plate, pour on the amount of sauce you like, and it's done!
*If the fish is frozen, thaw it before using.

1. Put pork cutlet meat (2 slices: approx. 270g) into a bag (Rakuchintei), close the zipper well, knead it, and heat it in a 500W microwave for 3.5 minutes. 2. Steam it in the oven for 5 minutes.
❸Remove from the bag onto a plate, pour on the amount of sauce you like, and it's done!

❸Remove from the bag onto a plate, pour on the amount of sauce you like, and it's done!
*If the fish is frozen, thaw it before using.
*The cooking time varies depending on the size of the ingredients. If the ingredients are not cooked enough, transfer them to a plate, cover with plastic wrap, and cook for 30 seconds at a time.
