鯛だし茶漬け/Tai-dashi Ochazuke

透明醤油でつくっただし醤油/Clear dashi soy sauce

材料 Ingredients

  • ご飯・・・・・・2杯分

  • 鯛の刺身・・・・・・100g


  • すりごま・・・・・大さじ1(8g)

  • 透明醤油・・・・・大さじ1.5(27g)

  • 酒・・・・・大さじ1(15g)

  • みりん・・・・・小さじ2(12g)


  • 透明醤油でつくっただし醤油・・・・50ml

  • お湯・・・・・250ml

  • Rice-2cups (300g)

  • Sea bream sashimi-100g


  • ground sesame-1tbsp (8g) 

  • Clear soy sauce-1.5 tbsp (27g)

  • Sake-1tbsp (15g) 

  • Mirin-2tsps (12g)  


  • Dashi clear soy sauce- 50ml 

  • Hot water-250ml

1) Put A in a bowl, add sea bream and marinate for 1 hour. Dilute the dashi soy sauce with hot water. 

2)Put rice in a bowl, top with the sea bream and pour the diluted dashi soy sauce over the rice. Top with scallions, nori, wasabi and other condiments as desired.
