甘酢照り焼きチキン/Sweet and Clear Yuzu ponzu Teriyaki Chicken

透明醤油でつくった柚子舞うぽん酢

材料 Ingredients

  • 鶏もも肉・・・・・1枚(200g)

  • 塩こしょう・・・・・少々

  • 薄力粉・・・・・・少々

  • サラダ油・・・・・大さじ1/2(6g) 

  • 酒・・・・・大さじ2(30g)

  • 砂糖・・・・・小さじ4(12g)

  • 透明醤油でつくった柚子舞うぽん酢・・・・・・大さじ2(30g)


  • Chicken thigh meat-1piece (200g)

  • Salt and pepper-appropriate amount

  • Slight flour-appropriate amount

  • Salad oil- 1/2 tbsp (6g)

  • Sake-2 tbsps (30g)

  • Sugar- 4 tsps (12g)

  • Clear yuzu ponzu soy sauce-2 tbsps(30g)

作り方 Preparation

Step ①


鶏もも肉は厚みが均等になるように開き、塩こしょう、薄力粉をふる


Step ②


フライパンにサラダ油をひいて熱し、鶏もも肉の皮目を下にして焼き色がつくまで中火で焼き、上下を返し肉に火が通るまで弱火で5分程度焼く。


Step ③


酒、砂糖、透明醤油でつくった柚子舞うぽん酢を加えてとろみがつくまで肉と絡めながら焼く。キャベツは千切りし、皿にトマトと盛り、焼いた鶏肉を盛り付ける。余ったたれを上からかければ完成  


1)Open the chicken thighs so that the thickness is even, sprinkle with cake flour .salt and pepper.

2) salad oil in a frying pan and cook the chicken thighs, skin side down, over medium heat until browned, then turn them over and cook over low heat for about 5 minutes until the meat is cooked through.Add.

3)Clear yuzu ponzu soy sauce with sake, sugar, and clear soy sauce and cook until thickened, tossing the meat. Cut the cabbage into strips, place on a plate with the tomatoes and the grilled chicken. Pour the leftover sauce over the chicken and it is ready to serve.
