Heat in the microwave

❶Place the pork in a bag, zip it up tightly, and knead it well.

❷Spread the bottom out thoroughly, stand it up and heat it in the microwave.

❸ Hold the "hold here" mark and remove the bag from the microwave. Place on a plate and pour the remaining sauce over it as desired to finish.

Onion・・・1/2 (about 100g)

Minced pork...200g

レンジで加熱

完成

❶Cut the onion into wedges.

❷Put the pork in a bag, close the zipper tightly, and rub it well. Open the bag and add the chopped onion.

❹ Hold the "Hold Here" mark,

Remove the bag from the microwave. Place the rice in a bowl, top with the cooked onions and meat, and pour the remaining sauce over it as desired.

~さばの味噌煮~

Mackerel fillets...2 pieces (about 200g)

❶Cut the mackerel into two equal pieces.

If you are using raw mackerel and are concerned about the smell, please prepare it first.
Please use unsalted mackerel. If you use salted mackerel, soak it in water for 10 minutes and drain it to reduce the saltiness.
