This is a ponzu sauce that the whole family can enjoy.
We use Kopon from Kyushu.
Branded fruit from Kumamoto Prefecture that is harvested from Shiranui and shipped by JA after meeting the requirements of ``sugar content of 13 degrees or more and acidity of 1 degree or less.'' We made ponzu sauce by combining Dekopon with Fundodai soy sauce. By using sweet and fruity Dekopon, we have achieved a mellow sour taste.

Fundo Dai soy sauce is born from Moromi Brewery, which has been fermenting microorganisms such as yeast and lactic acid bacteria since the company's founding. We added carefully selected bonito flakes and kelp to the soy sauce, and created a mild-tasting ponzu with the juice of kopon grown in Kyushu. It can be used not only for hotpots, but also for a variety of dishes such as shabu-shabu, salads, tofu, grilled fish, and dipping sauce for gyoza.
