フンドーダイでは、2025年度の秋冬新商品を発売いたします。発売にともない、新商品のご紹介サイトを９月1日に公開いたしました。
① 津乃鶴はんにゃ川島章良氏監修による「津乃鶴だし入り味噌420ｇ」「津乃鶴だし醤油」の2品
津乃鶴だしとフンドーダイのコラボ企画商品。焼津産の鰹本枯節、焼津産の荒節、九州産の焼あご、九州産の椎茸、九州産のいわし、北海道産真昆布の素材を使用しただし。この津乃鶴だしにフンドーダイの味噌、醤油を合わせた商品を発売いたします。

② 神楽坂くろす監修 秘伝のごまだれ100ml
黒須浩之氏が神楽坂にかまえる日本料理店「神楽坂くろす」のごまだれ。神楽坂くろすの鯛茶漬けにつかわれる濃厚で香り高いごまだれをご家庭の食卓で手軽に召し上がっていただけるよう再現したたれです。
