さつま芋の煎り酒甘露煮/Stew sweet potatoes in Irizake and sugar

材料 Ingredients

●さつま芋……250g


●砂糖……大さじ2(18g)


●煎り酒……小さじ4(20g)


●水……300ml


●Sweet potatoes…250g

●Sugar…2 tablespoons/18g

●Irizake…4 teaspoons/20g

●Water…300ml

作り方 Preparation

Step ①


さつま芋は1㎝幅に切り、水にさらす



Step ②


鍋に②のさつま芋と砂糖、煎り酒、水を入れて弱火~中火でじっくり煮る



Step ③


さつま芋が柔らくなり、煮汁が無くなったら完成


1) Cut sweet potato into 1cm width and soak in water.

2) Put the sweet potato, sugar, roasted sake and water in a pan and simmer slowly over low to medium heat.

3) When the sweet potato becomes soft and the cooking liquid is gone, it is ready to serve.
