キャベツとしらすの和風パスタ/Japanese Pasta with Shirasu and Cabbage

透明醤油でつくっただし醤油/Clear dashi soy sauce

材料 Ingredients

  • パスタ・・・・・・160g 

  • キャベツ・・・・・・・100g

  • しらす・・・・・・50g

  • 透明醤油でつくっただし醤油・・・・・・小さじ4(24g)

  • バター・・・・・15g

  • にんにく・・・・・少々

  • Pasta-160g

  • Cabbage-100g

  • Shirasu seaweed-50g

  • Dashi clear soy sauce -4 tsps (24g)

  • Butter-15g

  • Garlic-small amount

1) Boil water in a pot, add salt and cook pasta.

2) Boil cabbage quickly and cut into bite-size pieces. Chop the garlic.

3)Heat butter in a frying pan and saute garlic without burning. When fragrant, add chopped cabbage and shirasu and saute quickly.

4)Add the pasta that has been boiled and drained, add the dashi soy sauce made from clear soy sauce, mix to blend the flavors, and serve.
