肉団子のレンジ蒸し/Steamed Meatballs

材料 Ingredients


  • 豚ひき肉・・・・・300g 

  • たけのこ水煮・・・・・100g

  • たまねぎ・・・・・1/2個(80g)

  • 生姜・・・・1片 

  • にんにく・・・・・1片  

  • 酒・・・・・小さじ2  

  • 醤油・・・・・小さじ2 

  • キャベツ・・・・・150g 

  • ねぎ・・・・・適量

  • ごま・・・・・適量

  • 透明醤油でつくった柚子舞うぽん酢・・・・適量

  • Minced pork-300g

  • Bamboo shoots boiled in water-100g

  • Onion-1/2 (80g)  

  • Ginger-1piece 

  • Garlic-1piece  

  • Sake-2 tsps  

  • Soy sauce-2tsps


  • Cabbage-150g 

  • Green onion-approriate amount 

  • Sesame-appropriate amount  

  • Clear yuzu ponzu soy sauce-appropriate amount

軽く形を整えたらラップをして電子レンジで加熱する。(500wで6分 または 600wで5分半) ※肉の火の通り具合を見て調節してください。

1) Coarsely chop bamboo shoots and onion and put all ★ in a plasticbag and rub well to mix. 

2) Cut cabbage into strips and lay on a baking dish. Cut the edges of the plastic bag with scissors and squeeze the meat mixture over the cabbage.

3) Lightly shape the bag, cover with plastic wrap, and microwave in a microwave oven (500w for 6 minutes or 600w for 6 minutes). ※Adjust the heat according to how well the meat is cooked. 

4) Sprinkle the top with ponzu vinegar, green onion, and sesame seeds.
