フンドーダイの原点は、慶長12年（1607年）、地酒作りから始まりました。
明治2年（1869年）創業のフンドーダイ、その原点は慶長12年（1607年）に地酒造りと両替商から事業がスタートしました。その原点に立ち返り、国産米を用いたライスグレーンウイスキーを販売いたします。
主原料に麦芽と国産米（＝グレーン）を使用し単式蒸留によってモルトウィスキーをつくり、国産米を用いて白樺炭で濾過したウォッカをブレンドしてつくりあげました。
