It foams well after spraying, and can enhance the finish of dishes, such as by presenting them in a three-dimensional way.

Leaf

Leaf-Soy Sauce and Leaf-Miso are soy sauce and miso in sheet form. They are just 0.2mm thick and melt easily in your mouth, allowing you to enjoy the flavor of soy sauce and miso. You can freely enjoy presenting your dishes by placing them on top of food, wrapping them around food, or layering them.
