  • 鶏もも肉・・・・140g

  • パプリカ(赤)・・・・100g

  • パプリカ(黄)・・・・・100g

  • バター(無塩)・・・・・小さじ2(8g)


  • 透明醤油・・・・小さじ2(12g)

  • 練わさび・・・・小さじ1(3g)

  • あらびき黒こしょう・・・・・少々 

  • Chicken thigh meat-140g

  • Paprika (red and yellow)-100g

  • Butter (unsalted)- 2 tsps (8g)

  • Clear soy sauce- 2 tsps (12g)

  • Horseradish paste-1tsps (3g)

  • Ground black pepper-appropriate amount

1) Cut bell pepper and bell pepper into 2 cm cubes and slice chicken into thin strips. 2) Heat butter in a frying pan over medium heat and fry chicken. When browned on both sides, reduce heat to low, cover and steam for 3 minutes. 3)Add paprika and saute over medium heat, then add 【A】 and saute to remove moisture. Sprinkle with black pepper and serve.
