透明すぎる企画/Clear soy sauce

材料 Ingredients



  • 水・・・・340cc

  • バニラエッセンス・・・・10~20滴


  • グラニュー糖・・・・50g

  • アガー・・・・11g


  • 透明醤油・・・・大さじ1

  • 水あめ・・・・大さじ5

● Pudding-130cc cup

<Clear Pudding>

  • Water-340cc

  • Vanilla essence-10-20 drops


  • Granulated sugar-50g

  • Agar-11g

    <Caramel Sauce>

  • Clear soy sauce-1tbsp

  • Syrup-5tbsps

Step ①.

Make transparent pudding. Mix 【A】and set aside.

Step ②.

Heat water in a saucepan over low heat. When water comes to a boil, add vanilla essence and (1), and melt while stirring with a rubber spatula. 

Step ③.

Place the mixture under cold water and lower the temperature to 50-40°C. Add about 5 drops of vanilla essence.

Pour into pudding cups and refrigerate for about 1 hour.

Step ④.

【the soy sauce caramel sauce】. In a bowl, mix together all the ingredients for 【the soy caramel sauce】.

Step ⑤.

Remove【 the clear pudding】 from the mold, place it on a serving dish, and pour 【soy-sauce caramel sauce】 over it.
