Clear Soy Sauce Recipes

濃口醤油を原料に透明化処理をして、透明の醤油が誕生しました。醤油は黒いという常識を覆した、画期的な調味料です。

Transparent soy sauce was born by using dark soy sauce as a raw material and applying a transparent treatment.It is an epoch-making seasoning that overturns the common sense that soy sauce is black.
